Fnatic App Christmas Countdown Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Eligibility

• The Prize Draw opens at 11:00 AM GMT on 1 December 2023 (Start Date) and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on 20 December 2023 (Close Date).
• The Prize Draw is only open to entrants who are aged 18 years or over on the Start Date and Fnatic App users with a valid Fnatic ID (Eligible Entrant).
• The Prize Draw is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms.

How to enter the Prize Draw

• To participate in the Prize Draw, you must be an Eligible Entrant and comment under the Fnatic App threads which will include rules of the daily competitions (Valid Entry).
• There is a limit of one Valid Entry per Eligible Entrant.
• Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the General Competition Terms, each Valid Entry will go into the draw to win the prize detailed in the Fnatic App thread for the daily competition (each a ‘Prize’).

Winners

• There is a maximum of ten (10) Winner(s) for the Prize Draw (Winner(s)) and one (1) Prize per Winner.
• The Winner(s) will be selected at random from all Valid Entries.
• Winner(s) will be contacted by Fnatic via email.
• Winner(s) will be notified within 7 days of the Close Date.
• Winner(s) must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 3 days of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction. If a Winner fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize from the Winner and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries.
• Prize(s) will be dispatched by Fnatic within 7 days from the date that a Winner acknowledges that they wish to receive a Prize, to the relevant contact details provided by the Winner.
